Tucks up tight to wall very nicely!!! I bought this lawn mower new in Oct 2019. In Feb it would not start. I had used it to mow the lawn a couple of times only. I would pull the cord and it would start and then stop immediately.

I researched and found out that these newer models have a plastic carburetor (briggs stratton engine). These plastic carburetors are hard to get to if you decide to clean them yourself (you have to open the lawnmower) and from what i have seen it is a hassle to then disassemble the carburetor and clean it if you do not have the proper tools. As I said, I only used the lawn mower a couple of times and it is already having problems. I feel there must be some flaw in the design of that carburetor as no one should be having to service a lawnmower after only a couple of mows.. This is a great product.

I've never had a Toro product before. It starts easy , handles well and does more than I thought it would. No more raking up the leaves , before I mow.

The mower is able to lift the leaves and grass up , cut them and store them in the bag. Start the mower , mow the lawn and I have a well groomed yard. I think I may try Toro's other products.

Mower works great but the reason for 3 stars is the gas tank design. The way the air vent is, t.. The way the air vent is, (there is no one way valve) if you have a very bumpy yard you will have gas leaking out and into the air filter. Supposedly the gas tank is pending a redesign but the'fix' was to put some porous foam in the tank and a higher neck gas cap so that way the neck goes further down to prevent splashing. Great lawn mower starts on first pull.

It is so easy to use and doesn't take up much space. Easy to use over uneven terrain. Started up first pull, cut like a champ. Drive worked well on hills, very intuitive to use. Wait until I've used it for a full mowing season!

That said, out of the box, it was easy enough to set up and it started on the second crank. Putting on the bag and setting/changing the cutting height was simple. It was nice to have the self-propelled aspect because I have several relatively steep slopes in my yard - although it doesn't work quite so well going up hill without keeping the mower going in a straight line. The folding feature is great and a wonderful space-saver. Let's see what happens over the winter break and a full season of mowing 4500 sq ft each week.
