For sale is a Toro Timemaster 30 walk behind mower. Model 21199 I have used it commercially for a year. Has 97 hrs on machine does have wear and tear. Does start and cuts good. On/Off switch work but it's loose. Also had to modify self propelle cable clamp had to drill hole so it can attach to frame see pictures. The belt to the self engagement keeps breaking maybe pulley is bad. Mower is not new and does have wear and tear.
